Terms of Service

Version 2026-2·Effective August 7, 2026

These Terms are the agreement between you and Mind Unveiled LLC(“Mind Unveiled,” “we,” “us”). They cover your use of the Mind Unveiled website and the membership that runs on it.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you subscribe, you also accept The Agreement, which restates the most important points in plainer words. Where The Agreement and these Terms cover the same ground, they are meant to agree; if anything ever reads as a conflict, these Terms control.

01WHO WE ARE

The site is operated by Mind Unveiled LLC. It is a small operation, built by one person and run by a team of two. When these Terms say “we,” that is who you are dealing with.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account or subscribe, or older than that where you live if the age of majority there is higher. By using the site you confirm that you are.

02THE 2026 BETA

For all of 2026 the site is an open, in-progress beta. That word is not decoration. Expect bugs, rough edges, unfinished corners, and features that appear, change, or break without notice. We ship in the open on purpose, and part of what you are joining is watching the work take shape.

Because of this, we do not promise that any particular feature will exist, keep working, or stay the same, and we do not promise any level of uptime or availability.

03MEMBERSHIP & PATRONAGE

Membership is offered in tiers (Patron, Researcher, and Adept), each a recurring subscription. Above all, membership is patronage. You are supporting a builder and the work, and gaining early entry to it. You are not buying a guarantee that any specific system will always run perfectly.

Members gain access to member-only areas and tools, subject to the beta caveats above. Today that means the films and the listening room, the chat rooms, and the AI assistants. Parts of the site are deliberately open to everyone with no account at all, including the library and the scripture reading tools; that is a choice we make and not a right you are buying, and it may change.

The tiers differ in the size of the monthly credit allowance that comes with them, described in the assistants and credits section below, and in how much of your own study a tier will hold on your account. Keeping notes, highlights, bookmarks and shelves works on a free account too, with a smaller allowance. We may adjust what a tier includes as the work evolves.

04YOUR ACCOUNT

Your account is yours alone. Keep the sign-in details to yourself, and do not let another person use them. One account is for one person: it is not shared between people, and access to it is not sold, lent, or handed on. The site is for adults, so keeping the account away from anyone under 18 is part of holding it.

What happens under your account is treated as done by you. If you think somebody has got into it, or you see something on it you did not do, write to support@mindunveiled.com and say so.

We may limit how often the site can be asked for something, and set a ceiling on use, so that one account cannot pull the site down or run up a cost the rest of the membership carries. Working around those limits is a breach of these Terms, and that includes opening extra accounts to spread the same use across them.

05PAYMENT, NO REFUNDS, CANCELLING

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

Membership payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or features that change during the beta, except where a refund is required by law. This applies to memberships. Merchandise is a separate arrangement with a separate seller, described in The store.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, your membership stays active and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; it does not renew after that.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, and the amount shown is the amount charged. We may change prices for future billing periods; if we do, the new price applies to renewals after we have given you notice.

If you are in the EU or the UK: a membership gives you access to digital content straight away. When you subscribe you are asked to request that immediate access and to acknowledge that doing so waives the 14-day withdrawal right, where that right applies to you. Your answer is recorded with your account alongside your acceptance of The Agreement.

Memberships are billed monthly. There is one billing interval, and it is the same one shown on the membership page.

06THE ASSISTANTS AND CREDITS

The site carries AI assistants: one beside the scripture reading tools, one in the library and its books, one in the screening room beside the films, and one on the decoder. They are for members, and they are metered in credits. A membership comes with a monthly allowance of credits, and asking an assistant something spends a small amount of it.

  • ✦Credits are a way to meter usage, not money. They are permission to use a metered feature, and that permission can end. They are not a deposit, not stored value, and not a balance held for you. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, transferred, or withdrawn, and are not refundable, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
  • ✦Allowances, spend rates, and the models behind a feature may change as the beta develops.
  • ✦Subscription credits are distributed monthly within the subscription period.
  • ✦Unused subscription credits reset at the end of each monthly cycle and do not carry over into the next cycle. Credits do not survive the end of your membership, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
  • ✦Our own metering is the record of what was spent, and it is the one relied on.

The assistants are a tool, and a tool can stop. They depend on outside services, so they may be unavailable, and they may be paused or switched off at our discretion. They run on models chosen from those services, and those may be replaced. A change to a tool, or a change or substitution of an underlying model, is not by itself a failure to provide the service. What you are supporting is the site as a whole and its ongoing work, rather than any single tool, feature, or model.

The assistants can be wrong. They misread, they miss things, and they can state a guess with confidence. They are a study partner, not an authority, and what matters should be checked against the text they cite. What an assistant writes is not professional advice of any kind, medical, legal, financial or other, and it does not stand in for a qualified person. What you do with an answer is yours.

The assistants are here for your own study, so:

  • ✦Ask them yourself. No scripts, no bots, no automated querying, and no reselling or passing on access to them.
  • ✦Do not work around the limits, the safety bounds, or the credit meter, whether by prompt injection, by jailbreaking, or by opening extra accounts to spread the same use across them.
  • ✦Do not use what they write to train, fine-tune, or build another model, or a service that competes with this one.
  • ✦Do not put anything unlawful into them, and do not put another person's private information into them.

07THE STORE

The site shows a store. The merchandise in it is sold to you by Fourthwall, not by us. Fourthwall is the merchant of record for those orders: the checkout, the payment, any sales tax or VAT, the printing, the shipping, and the buyer support for an order all happen with them, under their own terms and their own privacy policy. Choosing an item here sends you to their checkout to complete the purchase.

So the membership terms above, including the no-refunds clause, do not govern a merchandise order. A question about an order, a delivery, a return, or a payment for merchandise is answered by the shop that took it. If you are not sure where to write, write to us and we will point you the right way.

08THE CHAT ROOMS: HOUSE RULES

Some areas of the site are shared: chat rooms where members talk, post notes, and study together. There is a short set of house rules shown in the rooms themselves, which you accept before you post, and it is read together with this section. Keeping the place good is simple:

  • ✦Be kind. Argue ideas, not people. No harassment, hate, threats, or targeting of others.
  • ✦Nothing that identifies a private person: no addresses, no workplaces, no phone numbers, not yours and not anybody else's.
  • ✦Nothing unlawful, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.
  • ✦No spam, scams, malware, scraping, or attempts to break, overload, or probe the site's security.
  • ✦Don't impersonate others or misrepresent who you are.

We may moderate, edit, hide, or remove content, and we may suspend or close accounts, at our discretion, especially where the house rules are broken. A moderator may remove a message, stop an account from posting for a while, or bar it from the rooms. We are not obligated to monitor everything, and we are not responsible for what members post.

The chat rooms are a privilege of membership, not a service or a guarantee. A bar from the rooms does not end the membership itself, and no refund follows from it. The rest of what your membership reaches stays open to you.

09YOUR WORK & OUR WORK

The site itself (its writing, decodes, commentary, artwork, audio, video, design, and code) belongs to Mind Unveiled or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study while your access lasts. Please don’t copy, resell, redistribute, or scrape it, or feed it to a model.

Your study stays yours. The notes, highlights, bookmarks and shelves you make are your content and you keep every right in them. Holding them for you takes a plain permission, and this is the whole of it: to store them, to copy them into the routine backups, and to show them back to you on your own devices. When you ask an assistant to read alongside your notes, that permission covers sending the notes you have open to the outside service that writes the answer, for that answer and for nothing else. Your study is not published, not shown to other members, not sold, and not used to train any model.

What you post in the chat rooms. When you post into a shared room you keep ownership of what you wrote, and you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store it, copy it, back it up, show it to the other members of that room, and shorten or reformat it where moderation calls for that, so that the rooms can work. The companies that run the site for us, each named in the Privacy Policy, are covered by that licence for the part each one handles. The licence runs while the message is up, and afterwards only for copies already taken into the routine backups, until those age out of the cycle. What you post is not sold and is not used to train any model.

You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you post, and for keeping other people’s private information out of it.

10COPYRIGHT AND GOOD FAITH

Much of what the site gathers is old material: archival footage and images inside the films, books scanned from editions understood to have passed into the public domain, music, photographs, and engravings. Everything published here is published in the good-faith belief that it is in the public domain, that its use falls within fair use, or that it is used with permission. That belief is held honestly and it can still turn out to be wrong.

If you hold rights in something on this site and you believe its use here affects them, write to us. Send a message to support@mindunveiled.com saying what the material is, where on the site it sits, and what your interest in it is. We review each message and take the action we judge appropriate, which may include taking the material down while the question is looked at.

What members post. The shared rooms carry plain text and nothing else, by design: there is no way to upload a picture, a file, or any other media, a web address is turned away, and nothing posted becomes a clickable link. Members are responsible for what they write, as set out in the house rules above. A concern about something a member has posted goes to the same address and is handled the same way.

11AS-IS, NO WARRANTIES

The site and everything in it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The research, commentary, and decodes are offered for study, curiosity, and discussion. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or other advice, and are not represented as settled fact. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Unveiled and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13DISPUTES

If something goes wrong, write to us first. Send a message to support@mindunveiled.com saying what happened and what you would like done about it. The aim is to work it out directly, between you and us.

If a first answer does not settle the matter, say so in the same thread and it is looked at again. Nothing in these Terms takes away a right you hold under the law where you live.

14ENDING THE ARRANGEMENT

You may stop using the site at any time and cancel your membership as described above. We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, if we believe it is needed to protect the site or others, or if we stop offering the service.

When access ends, the member-only areas and tools close with it, and any credits left on the account end too. A membership ended because these Terms or the house rules were broken is not refunded. If you also want what we hold about you removed, the Privacy Policy says how to ask and what can and cannot be reached.

Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, the licences in section 9, disclaimers, limitation of liability, disputes, and these general terms) continue to apply after your access ends.

15CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

As the beta grows, these Terms may change. When we make a change, we update the version and effective date at the top. A material change is also carried into The Agreement and given a new version, and the new version is put in front of you to read and accept the next time you start or change a subscription. An existing membership is not interrupted by that; it continues on the version you accepted, and the record of what you accepted on the day you accepted it stays exactly as it was. If you don’t agree to a change, your remedy is to stop using the site and cancel.

16HOW TO REACH US

Questions about these Terms, or anything else, go to a real person: support@mindunveiled.com. Mail is answered by Mind Unveiled LLC.

This is a plain-language document. It is still a contract.
